An epidemic? or just part of a demographic?

Swim hasn't noticed any Meth in Michigan. Swim lives in Detroit and hasn't tasted Meth since his clubbing days a a few years back. Now they are saying that it's all over? perhaps it's more of a demographic epidemic. I've heard that most crack and heroin dealers try to keep the Meth off the streets since meth would perhaps over run crack. Which would be bad for the dealers, since meth lasts longer and isn't such a back and forth drug.
