Curious if legal...
Suppose SWIM were against the WOD, particularly the more egregious inroads upon civil liberties. Further suppose that SWIM will be without illicit drugs for the forseeable future.
If SWIM deliberately did things designed to arouse suspicion, as a ploy to increase the "noise/signal" ratio of current LE tools to decrease their efficiency, would SWIM have broken any laws? Obv. this would put SWIM at high risk for planted evidence. Sometimes SWIM feels that this is the way to fight back...ANY offense, no matter how minor, should be pursued through the legal system as far as possible so as to make the more minor offenses no longer economically viable to enforce. Even PO would like this, as officers are typically given OT for excess court appearances. |
