Benzydamine Help

SWIM heard that benzydamine, found in a product called Tantum Rosa for example, can be used for "recreational purpouses" when taken orally (it's normally made for vagina cleansing

). Can somebody offer more info on it's effects, side-effects, doses, contraindications, etc ? SWIM couldn't find any threads about it, very odd.
