Dried Morning Glory as opposed to liquid form

im curious as to wheither consuming the alkaloids directly from the alcohol used for the polar solvent leads to a better, more intense trip, and longer storage time in comparison to drying it into the gumy paste-like substance and encapsulating it...the second idea appeals to me more because of the convenience of pills. the extra step doesn't bother me but a lose of intensity would. so if anyone could tell me if leaving it liquid is better or not id appreciate it.
