cocaine and sports /intense physical activities

How long should you wait till after your clean to begine exercise again (machine and jogging) Should your heart and body recoup? Also, due to wiehgt loss, should you eat GNC weight gainers?

fuck that, i excersise on coke en speed, i begin as soon as i feel better, usually after a goods night sleep, i eat aload of food, ike pasta and tart traiing again.

Weight gainers should be used while exercising. If you're not exercising, just using, i wouldn't reccomend it. Just force yourself to eat, things in high protein are best for keeping weight. eggs,grilled chicken,peanuts are all good for that. I'll exercise all the timeduring periods of using. Don't go snort a gram and go for a 10 mile jog, but if you're not currently under the influence it shouldn't be a problem. at least for me anyway.

I'd say wait a couple of days. Sometimes the body may feel sore the next day just because of how much tense you may get. And it also depends if you had also an alcohol binge together with it. I'd not advise you to exercise if you have a hangover and a body load. Give yourself some rest.

most of these dangeroues drugs leave your system vailry quickly so a good bit of rest and the right food and you'll be right as rain in no time.

IMO; drugs are: life teaching you a lesson, so make the most of it.

exercising while on coke or any othe cns stimulater is not only dangrous for the heart but causes internal overheating which teh body has truble self regulating due to teh drugs.

swimregularly lift wieghts about 90 minutes after doing a line. The heart beats harder and I get more dizzy after a hard set.Swim can actually get a better workout, somehow i have more drive to finish the last couple reps which in weight training really causes gains.Swim tried doing lines right before weight training that was friggin stupid... almost fainted once. Catehcholamine levels are hight after excercise, so doing c afterexcercise gives me anxiety.Swim constantly monitoresthe pulse rate,once it gets down to normalswim consider the coast to be clear. Is cocaine less bad for health when one is more fit

Is coke (and speed) less bad when you do lots of running and exercises in general? Because your heart can take "more"?

I think you will be able to withstand doing that over an extended time (no idea how long). My reasoning behind this is because when you excercise your heart beat is going up, but your doing it while working out so you are essencially training the heart to be stronger, so it dosent have to work as hard at it's job. When i went to jail my heart beat was 112bbm (figure a little on the high side because i didnt want the shot and TB test, and i was in jail), so i figure about 90ish resting, not bad not great. Well i worked out in jail and now it's ~60bbm resting.


So all and all working out strengthins your body, so i assume that you have a leg up.

I would think that if your body was in good shape. you worked out a good amount, and u had no health issues it would b alot less harmful to yourself. i mean if u were say overweight in not realy inshape. i think that the overweight guy would start having problems alot sooner than the healthy guy.


and yes muiner working out stresses the heart more. which generaly means that it will build up stronger and stronger. the better the cardio the less harmful

cocaine and weightlifting

ok i am a lifter and want to experiment a little. I know cocaine is catabolic, but i am interested in short term strength increases to help my muscles adapt to possibly keepable gains. i was thinking for first time dose one 1.5" line. does anyone have any experience with working out while on yayo, and could you tell me what to expect? i have a high tolerance to stims, for instance 50 mg ephedrine will get me going but not to the extent most people experience.

With the combination of stimualnts and weight lifting a very important issue I wonder about is Rhabdomyolysis. Ephedra is said to cause Rhabdomyolysis in combination with weight lifting and overdue of sports. There has been mentions of other stimulants to cause Rhabdomyolysis when combined with heavy muscle activity.

Rhabdomyolysis is often caused when a person on psychedelics or stimulants is constrained. Most police men and bouncers are completely unaware of this. The effects of Rhabdomyolysis are then subscribed to the drug, instead of the restrain.

ok well lets say a certain swim wanted to try coke for performance purposes. would it be a drastic increase, like 10-20 lb increases on compound lifts, or does swim just have wishful thinking?

as a fellow bodybuilder, SWIM must say be very careful with overtraining, as you can't really fell that SWIY is tired when high on stimulants.

and as we know, overtraining leads to muscle breakdown

I wouldn't advise this at all. It would put great strain on the heart and it's not like cocaine is a wonder drug that will make you stronger, you might think it, but it won't happen.

Focus maybe, actual strength, no. Amfetamines will not increase strength, only cause the taker to not feel the need to take the necessary breaks from exercise by masking fatigue & pain, putting more strain on an already overworked heart, increasing the amount of lactic acid building up in the muscles & leading to more wear & tear on bones & joints.

Any stimulant use in this context is potentially very dangerous, & certainly ill-advised.

This may be, but stimulants are and have been extremely popular for pre-workout use. Products containing caffeine and ephedra have been extremely popular to use for working out.
