5-htp

SWIM has been taking E quite frequently for the past year. SWIM has heard that 5-HTP can help with the recovery process afterwards, and was wondering where he can get this stuff, in the UK. SWIM has heard health food shops, but SWIM isn't sure where to look, or what exactly to look for.

All help greatly appreciated.
