canabis tolerance

hello, swim has been smoking for 5-6 years and for the last 2 years hes smoked about 7 grams a week, swim now thinks he has a tolerance problem.

If swim waits a few weeks the nice buzz will come back but only for 5-6 joints and then its hard to get a good buzz and he has to wait another few weeks for his tolerance to go back down.

what is your routine? what works the best?

Well, STHJ hasn't been smoking anywhere near as long, but he finds smoking only every couple days, as well as taking extended breaks every now and again, keeps his tolerance down nicely. He can get a good buzz off just a little pot, and his high seems to last longer than any of his friends. If he does smoke everyday for a while, his tolerance will go up to that of his friends. So, he finds it best to have quality highs over a large quantity of them.

SWIM recommends using different methods to smoke. switch it up and it seems like it helps tolerance. bong then vap or a joint.

Try a pipe and to smoke less of the time-- maybe only at the end of the evening. My cat has been smoking for years and he gets baked every day. Pure cannabis, especially has, always does the trick.

Smoke larger amounts less often. Always works. Two fairly thick joints of good bud should get one through the day. Even one at night would do the trick really.

every 30 min!!!???!!! thats to much even for swims standards lmao, wont be long before the cancer sets in

SWIM used to smoke stress about 5 times a day for a few months, always got him faded, the high would be less intense and not last as long but the main effect was there.

SWIM is LUCKY to be light weight as a nic of stress could onestly get him faded 5-7 times... thats less than a pack of gum a high.

However he got about 3gs for a nic.
