This is a neat little time waster where you create and manage your own country. You can't do much of anything with foreign affairs and the like (war, trade, etc), but its still an interesting politically based game to have fun with.

The Most Serene Republic of Psychedelic Jubilation is a tiny, safe nation, renowned for its absence of drug laws. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 5 million are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whoever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.
The government -- a sprawling, bureaucracy-choked, corrupt, liberal morass -- devotes most of its attentions to Social Welfare, with areas such as Law & Order and Education receiving almost no funds by comparison. The average income tax rate is 37%, but much higher for the wealthy. A small private sector is dominated by the Uranium Mining industry.
Crime is relatively low. Psychedelic Jubilation's national animal is the huggy bear and its currency is the chill pill.
