And on and on it goes, and what's the net result? Misery and violence, heavily fractured communities, the worlds largest prison system and ruined families. Meanwhile, every kind of drug known to man is still readily available, even in our prisons and schools. These horrendous symtoms we are experiencing due to the prohibition of selected recreational drugs is no different than what was experienced during alcohol prohibition. Only in those days we came to our senses much sooner, realizing that it was the obscene profits causing all the misery, violence and bloodshed, not the drug itself.
