Chili ---> Powder? Help Needed...

Hi there...!

SWIM has got the hands on something he thinks is meth-freebase (chili, right?). Pics can be uploaded if needed...

It's a yellow/brown/orange sticky paste in oil form. Does not dissolve in water.´Consistens like playdough.

SWIM has been trying to make crystals from it, by dissolving it in water+HCLacid, then letting it evaporate, without succes.

Help please, someone...?

how does it not dissolve in water but then swiy dissolves it in water? freebase ma is a oil not a paste etc. one would dissolve the oil into a np solvent then the solvent is gassed with hcl gas or add water and small amounts of hcl untill ph7 then take the water and evap.
