Profound, Mind Shattering XTC experience

I celebrated my birthday last
weekend, and ended up scarfing about 4 tabs( they were weak) of XTC
over a 18 hour period. The resulting experience has me
questioning the purity of my pills, but also the way my mind works.</span><br style="color: rgb(153, 0, 255);">

After a night of dancing and
hedonism, my boyfriend and I were kicking back at our pad, when we
decided to do a top-up. We ate the fourth pill, and laid down on
the bed. My boyfriend watched cartoons, but I closed my eyes.</span><br style="color: rgb(153, 0, 255);">

After about 20 minutes, I
started to have interesting closed-eye visuals. Geometric shapes,
the sensation of astral travel, Tibetan mandelas. And then, after
about 20 minutes of this, I began to have the most amazing, n</span>e</span>o</span>n-Technicolor</span>
visuals, likened only to vivid cartoons, or maybe stained glass in
front of flourescent lights. Flaming daggers hanging in the night
sky, flying through an asteroid field, a vision of my own, beautiful
death- which surprised me, cuz I have always been afraid of
death. I had to coax these images at first, to allow them to
'breakthrough', and when they did, I had sensory/mind 'orgasms' in
response to the sheer beauty of the colours and designs.</span><br style="color: rgb(153, 0, 255);">

What the hell was in my E?
I'm assuming it might have been cut with MDA, or one of the 2-C
family...Anyone else have personal experiences with incredible, almost
graffiti-quality visuals? I felt like I was tapping my
unconscious mind: full of visual vocabulary, yet lacking syntax.

betty_bupe, although i have rarely had visuals on mdma, a batch that was thought to be mda definitely produced "visuals" always during the comedown phase or later. one time, my gf and i were camping, and had a wonderful night of frolicking in the woods rolling. didn't even sleep in the tent, and miraculously not a single mosquito, even though it was august. while i fell asleep at some point, my gf told me later she was sitting on the ground, watching a procession of people walk through the woods. she initially had some panicked feelings, since we were sleeping in an area where no camping was allowed, but soon enjoyed the appearances of these gentle folks.

so good chance you had some mda in there, although there is no way to know. the lack of sleep after a long night of rolling may in itself be conducive to such experiences. i'm glad you had a great birthday though!
