Tramadol + Kratom?

SWIM is being drug tested so he can't really use real opiates. Any ways, he does enjoy Kratom and Tramadol and was wondering how the combination would be. would probably take a lower dose of Tramadol (like 150mg) with 12 grams of high quality Kratom powder. Has anyone tried this/ know if this would be a good idea? SWIM plans to do this soon so any quick feedback would be appreciated!

WellSWIM just took 150mg of tramadol and kill take the kratom in an hour. No way to find out like trying it.

Wow, about 3 hours in and the high is incredible! The only negative is SWIM really feels the serotonin activity. This is strange because he only took 150mg of Tramadol. Does Kratom act on serotonin at all?? By the way, he recommends this mix to anyone who cannot use opiates due to drug tests. he used to shoot 240mg of Oxy and still enjoy this mix greatly. (no tollerance though, been off Oxy for 5 months)

My cat (BTW, don't incriminate yourself) did take kratom (only about 5-6 grams) with some tramadol. He said it was OK, but a little nauseating. Too much of both might well be unsafe.
