Years back when swim first started doing methadone the guy he got it from had a bottle of twenty valiums(diazepam) which he gave to swim actually.Swim took five of them one night while he was up playing a game on his pc.He started sort of falling in and out of reallity.Swim knew it was time to go to bed.He fell asleep for about an hour.Afterwards is when things got weird.Swim has never had this happen before and hasn't heard of benzodiazepines doing this to anyone else but swim got this weird feeling as if he was stuck on the bed and it was above the ground spinning.Swim has no idea why this happened but it was actually pretty entertaining and swim wishes it would happen again.

Overall valium(diazepam)is pretty nice.Swim tends to like most benzodiazepines he comes across and this one he certainly likes.

swim is sitting with 3x 10mg roche under his tounge right now.... did chew 2x 1 mg xanax 15 minutes ago though... he wont know if he'll be able to recall doing anything but getting fluffy for a while until passing out... for the record swim has been on speed the last 3 days, sleeping 4-6 hours a night after eating between 2 to 4 mg of xanax (alprazolam). only had the 2 mg now so swim figured hed need a lil extra..

SWIM has extensive experience with this benzo finally. He recently got his hands on some pure Diazepam and is loving every second of it.

In SWIM's opinion, Diazepam is smoother than Alprazolam and you get very little memory lose. SWIM gets no memory lose, but he has had some friends say they had spotty memory after taking the Diazepam.

SWIM just plugged 68mg to kill this cocaine, and it is working wonders. SWIM has a lot of Diazepam, though, and he has that much to spare.

A recreational dose would be around 40mg, SWIM would say. Remember to always start low and that alcohol GREATLY potentiates the effects of ANY benzo.

Well, it's now the day after. SWIM went through 10x10mg Roche valiums (are these the pure ones swiy is talking about.. blue and said ROCHE on them and in the original packages). sublingually, 2mg xanax. SWIM had two moments where he closed his eyes and then snapped out of it, he knew he wouldve fallen asleep instantly... but swim wanted to experiment to see what happened if he stayed awake. SWIM has taken diazepam on 3 previous occassions but the most was 5 and they were swallowed whole not sublingual.

SWIM felt calm and relatively normal at one point, there was a minor hallucination or drag effect rather when he moved his glass at a certain speed there would be a blur following it. This could be from staying up over 24 hours from amphetamine usage too tohugh lol! but last ingestion of speed was about 10 hoursp rior to the ingestion of the benzos. SWIM is generlaly a healthy male who doesnt use drugs often at all nowadays, especially not benzos or speed. He exercises and pracitses combat sports 5 days a week. Although he didn't seem to give a shit about health and took 50mg of viagra (kept for CNS dickshrinkage) just to see how horney he would get. ACtually swim does seem to remember that it doesnt alter your cns? juts something with blood flow. anyways.. swim got really horney AND AWAKE.. masturbated even talking outloud "come on" lol. Afterwards swim didn't feel as tired as he thought he sohuld be feeling. SWIM found some zolpidem (like ambien but by Sandoz label) and chewed 20mg.. SWIM fell asleep quickly. Woke up 11 hours later. The place was a mess... swim felt weak and dehydrated.. replenished his liquids and a healthy balanced breakfast. 20 minutes later swim was feeling relatively normal, perhaps emotionally subdued a bit but no negative feelings. He cleaned up and functioned normally.... oh and then he bothered coming back here and writing a followup.

Lol swim isnt sure if this is a diazepam only experience, drugs consumed within a 24 hour frame completely awake:
In order:

Amphetamine unknown quantity, high quality below 400mg at least. Insufflated, water mixed and parachuted...

Alprazolam 2mg (Xanax) swim thinkgs eh chewed or took it sublingually closely followed by
Diazepam 100mg (Valium Roche) sublingual perhaps one or two chewed or swallowed.
Viagra 50 mg (Pfizer) semi chewed on this one felt it crack into four pieces then swallowed. following some OVERmature ejuclation (damn!)
Zolpidem 20mg (Sandoz 2x 10mg) one chewed one swalloed or sublingual... really hard to remember.

SWIM is gladly immune to crap tastes so when he needs effects to come quickly he can chew or go sublingual...

SWIM has a regular daily intake of WHey protein and Gainer shakes (for weight training) which may have positive benefits to recovering. Obviously SWIM feels fit enough to bother writing a post here.

SWIM was feeling very tired and he ran out of Somas. SWIM's friend asked him if he wanted to buy some "vailum".

SWIM wanted to get a good night sleep so he obtained 2 5mg of Diazpeam and 2 .5mg of clonazepam

SWIM decided to take the 2 .5mg clonazepam under his tongue, After 20minutes he felt a little bit, but nothing too special besides feeling a tiny bit light headed and dizzy. Not really any euphoria, Either I need a larger dose or its diaspointing.

SWIM then decided to take the 2 5mg of Diazepam, About 20minutes after SWIM felt it working

This was the first time SWIM has done Daizepam. SWIM would describe it as Being relaxed like SOMA but a little sleepier than it. SWIM liked this much better than clonazepam buy IMO this doesnt compare to Carisoprodol euphoria wise.

SWIM fell in a deep sleep from 2AM to 4PM. SWIM would say benzos are good. But very overrated.

SWIH somehow likes diazeoam, be it as an enhancer of opiates or other painkillers (yes, SWIH uses opiates mostly as pain killers due his fibromyalgia and needs them to function).

diazepam itself, taken alone, is not that interesting for SWIH, except, and here comes that rule in the game, in excessive doses, highest ever was 120mg. then the effects are really pronouced, heavy relaxation, however also heavy ataxia and loss of his sense of balance. however, if your head is full of sorrows, high doses of diazepam (SWIH admits that he likes to take xanax together with it because of the faster onset, usually in the 4mg span) make you just mellow and fell like life is easy.

not good if you have to do some serious decisions, but as SWIH is on vacation know, he does this a lot, stopping every two-three days for some days to prevent dependance (maybe some of you read SWIH's father story).

what SWIH takes is Apaurin, apparently russian diazepam, 10mg/tablet. they're OTC in the balkan countries and russia and a lot of other europian countries give them away OTC even if they're only per prescriptions.

it also helps SWIH's heavy tension in the neck muscular as he's a buero job and 9 hours a day sitting, wrriting mails and phoning can go pretty hard on the muscles over longer times. diazepam relieves that as well.

SWIH prefers high doses of Alprazolam (sometimes combined with lorazepam) over diazepam for the faster onset and the nonexisting hangover, however valium and some beer is just heaven on earth.

SWIG took 5mg Diazepam (Roche, Valium, half a 10mg tablet) at work this morning in advance of a stressful lunchtime. Within 30 minutes SWIG felt slightly heavy and only very slightly more relaxed. SWIG took the other half (another 5mg dose) and even after a further hour didn't feel much more.

SWIGs anxiety remained high for the remainder of the morning, so high SWIG postponed his plans for his lunchtime and is now sitting at home and can honestly say all the 10mg of Diazepam has done has made him feel slightly sick and off balance.

Would it be worth trying a 20mg dose to see if a better anxiolytic effect can be acheived? SWIG has only previously taken Alprazolam (Xanax) in 0.5mg doses which worked so much better. SWIG is regretting switching to Diazepam at the moment and just wishes he didn't obtain so damn many!

Update on yesterday's post, SWIG took a further 10mg in the evening and slept well, was woken in the night and felt drowsier than he would usually. All today SWIGs anxiety and general feeling has been a lot better.

SWIG thinks this drug has a long lead-in effect for SWIG ie it has to be in his system for a while to allow SWIG to feel calm. It doesn't have anywhere near the instance hit that Xanax (Alprazolam) has - SWIG would describe it as a smooth relaxing feeling rather than a noticeable abrupt stop of anxiety and tension like Alprazolam. SWIG did not take any more Diazepam since last night and guesses it's the long half life that contributed to today's chilled out feeling.

SWIG concludes he doesn't like Diazepam, it's effects are not 'apparent' enough for him.

not telling you to do this really, but try out dosages over 50mg of diazepam. the effects should be prominent enough, especially as (for SWIH) the passing out is not as easy as on alprazolam, where 4mg is enough to knock you out 6 hours straight, not even talking bout rohypnol.

Back in 1998 SWIM used to swap between heroin and speed addictions, different user groups, so made for an interesting life.

One week SWIM had been up on base (iv) for about three days and was beyond wired and left his mates to go home to bed. On arrival at his home SWIM necked about 50mg of Diazapam and a load of JD. SWIM thought he fell asleep and awoke the next day feeling fresh.

Two days later a knock at the door revealed two CID who promptly arrested SWIM for making bomb hoaxes. SWIM has no memory of this and too date has none still. SWIM was charged with bomb hoax on several local political clubs/ and the local mp.

SWIM's case was referred to crown, he was told he was looking at three years, the judge took pity on SWIM's story and gave him eight months.

Suffice to say it was about a year later that SWIM went to rehab and has not touched a Class A, B, C drug since, unless legal or prescribed, nor has SWIM commited any crime since then.

That's the beauty of Benzos (and other drugs). There is such a fine line between a good time and a totally forgotten uninhibited time. SWIG has luckily had few of the second and only involved talking random exaggerated shit to strangers.

I just took some valium for the first time. I jsut took a 5mg pill to start off and see how I feel. I have 2 more 5mg pills but, I want to see how i feel then take more if i want to. How long should it take to fully feel the effects? I also have some killer bud and i heard it increases the effects to smoke?

5mg should be active within an hour but it's a low dose and valium is subtle in its effects so SWIY (beware of self-incrimination, it's in the forum rules) might not notice much. Obviously some weed will enhance the effects but it will probably overpower the valium to the point where you will feel the weed way more than anything else. Chances are SWIY will just feel a mellowing high, slightly different to a normal weed high.

SWIG agrees that Valium (Diazepam) is very subtle when it kicks in. So subtle in fact that SWIG can get worked up thinking the drug is doing nothing what so ever which usually results in taking unecessary extra doses. SWIG prefers something that packs a more powerful and obvious punch (for SWIG that is Alprazolam).

5mg is a pretty standard dose and taking regularly (2 or 3 times daily) will slowly build to maintain a steady state, it's this waiting around that did SWIGs head in though so he only uses Diazepam as a last resort.

swim experimented with diazepam in dosages of 50mg around 10 times when he had a signifigant benzo tolerance... he noticed that it had no real euphoric rush it just was there and that was it.. it also seemed to effect his ability to walk and drive more than other benzos.. he felt blissfully out of it but still had occasional surges of anxiety.. it seemed to last for around 6 hours and could be revived with cannabis consumption the only advantage he could see was that it showed minimal memory impairment he remebered everything he did
