SWIM has been using Amp powder for about a year, on and off, not everyday but about 3 times a week. This week SWIM took the powder Monday-Thursday, not in great quantities, just a couple of bombers a day. SWIM's problem is the lower leg cramps SWIM gets in the afternoon, they are gone by the morning but Thursday afteroon were really intense. SWIM has had bloodpressure checked on one of those Lloyds Pharmacy monitor thingies and it is fine. Anybody any ideas??

Re: Bad Lower Leg Ache
Electrolyte imbalance?
If good dose of mixed vegetable juice doesn't fix SWIY, call in the professionals to rule out DVT, TIA, gangrene and such. |

Re: Bad Lower Leg Ache
Thanks for your reply, SWIM will try the veg juice although SWIM takes multivits, calcium and drinks fruit smoothies every day.
Would there not be external signs of them on the surface of SWIM's leg? And why has it happened all of a sudden when SWIM increased days in a row. SWIM also started "womens week" the day the pain got really bad, do you think this could have a bearing. The pain seems to go by the morning and gradually build up momentum during the day which SWIM doesn't think would happen in cases of DVT and such. SWIM is looking for some less dangerous, legal way to control her/his weight soon anyway but needs to carry on with Amps for a few weeks till then. Any ideas on this too? |

Re: Bad Lower Leg Ache
SWIM told me that honestly he has been taking various forms of amphetamine for the past 12 years. He has had everything from leg cramps to heart palpitations to hallucinations and has had a full body work up recently. Everything is A-OK. So most of what you're going though is just tension from the amphetamines, plus the anxiety will make you over react and become a bit of a hypochondriac. SWIM can most definitely relate. Just take some downers or drink some scotch and get some sleep. Also don't take any stimulants for a week or so and get some good exercise, the body is more resilient than a lot of people on this board believe it to be. Sure these chemicals ARE dangerous when taken out of context and out of control. But if you give the body what it needs it will restore and refresh more than you can imagine. W/ out any drugs or chemicals just natural vitamins minerals herbs and exercise. Don't forget sleep, sleep is a big part of feeling good and amphetamine while you maybe don't FEEL tired. Your body is dangling by a thread.
