I was wondering if any fellow Canucks out there can tell me which RCs aren't schedueled yet or would be legal for swim to have possesion of without having the risk of being prosecuted for. I beleive under our law, schedueled drugs have added... "or its analogs"?

Can someone help me out or point me in the right direction?

The 'Controlled Drugs and Substances Act' has a complete list of schedualed substances that are regulated in Canada. I think it is here in the forum somewhere-if not, a simple google will bring it up. If its not on the schedual swiy is good to go.

Watch out though Canada has an Analog act just like America. So you aren't ever going to be completely safe, but a few RC's would be exceptions.

@Schwag : does Canada have an analog act like america's? a bird told me there are some RC vendors in canada with quite a few analogs of various illegal substances.. The only blanket law I was aware of was that of substances including an amphetamine (DOI, TMA6 etc) -- if you have info on this I would be much curious thx

The day I posted that I remembered reading something about Canada having an analog act. Honestly though, after some searching I can't find anything about it. Weird because I was absolutely sure I had just read about it a few days before that. If you care to do some more searching maybe you'll find something. But until then I guess I've made a mistake, maybe I got things mixed up in my mind and was actually thinking about something in relation to the U.S.
