X and ambien safe?

I have just taken 25 mills of ambien and was wondering if taking half of an ex pill while on the ambien was a big no no or something. Thnx for any help plz.

Well, define "safe". IMO, it's unlikely that it will cause a problem besides possibly lessening the MDMA high, assuming that is what is actually in the pill SWIY received, but there also probably aren't alot of say... clinical studies published on mixing the two, considering ambien is a relatively new drug and MDMA is taboo.

ahh shit, you are right. The pill was real because a foaf took half and swim took half, but she rolled and swim didnt feel shit. Could this be because of the fact that i stopped taking zoloft 3 weeks ago, or maybe the ambien. SWIM felt NOTHING>. It was only half though, so ill try a full one next time to get better effects. Any thoughts would be helpful.

First of all, before proceeding to post in these forums, you MUST first familiarize yourself with the rules here. I wouldn't mix MDMA drugs with other stuff. The whole MDMA class of drugs are pretty strong stuff and should be used carefully.
