tips for curing insomnia
after a night of heavy rolling, swim is trying to find something to make that process of getting sleep when swim feels incredibly tired yet too wired to sleep a little faster.

Valerian root is a natural alternative to melatonin if not melatonin itself. And if those don't work alone, after taking it try milk and a large meal. Occupying the digestive system allows for less blood to flow through the brain as the body sends it to the digestive system. Might be just enough to fall asleep.

true, when swim comes down he is exhausted and needs food but isn't hungry but once the first bite is taken it makes swim feel alot better like the body had craved it the whole trip. maybe just milk
