Black Licorice taste to pills of ?mdma?

Swim and buddies all took supposed pills of mdma today and at first noticed that the pills slightly smelled and considerably tasted like black licorice everyone thought the same. Swim thought they were decent pills seemed mostly mental high not really much body effect but still quite alright for E.

Now swim is wondering if there is some possible explanation for this he means is this some known chemical that tastes like licorice some anolouge, or just somehow a total coincidence. Has any swiy's ever had an experiance similar to this and have any ideas.

Pure MDMA does smell quite a bit like licorice, but it doesn't taste like it. It tastes like crap. Very bitter.

Now do you mean black or red licorice I mean swim thought it smelled like Black licorice and decently tasted so but could have been smell coincidence but couldn't be pure to what he thinks it was in a spoty green pill with some other color spots inside it when he cut one up to take a look. So thanks but more answers from other could be nice thanks alot though he still feels emotional te he.

Well i'd describe it of a kind of aniceedy smell which SWIM normally finds when he opens up a dusty bag of pills. It never tastes like liquorice or nice at all, it's probably the nastiest tasting thing he's ever had.

well swims pills did smell a bit acidy when snorted later on in the day but still pure mdma makes no since dude to the pill form and it was quite colorful green with darker spekles and a few bits and peices of different colors inside. oh and no this wasn't a good taste at all he's saying black licorice pepered on someons ass and he hates black licorice anyways. thanks for all the help so far.

swim had some of the exact same ones that swiy describes. but swim doesn't believe them to be PURE MDMA... swim expects that PURE mdma or molys would just blow swims mind, and not just give him a empathetic mind-buzz for the day

sassafrass oil is the starting point for some mdma synth's and that tastes like black licorice.

Could that be a possibility swims pills having a very light bit of oil left on them from production containers and such they did seem almost slightly slick and a bit or two of tobacco did stick on them in the ciggarette baggie.

Could this have been pills from a rushed batch of pills swim got maby? left over oil? thanks.

i was thinking someone gave you sassafras oil made into pills,my friend left a good quanity of sassy out once and forgot about it in the top of his cabinet later found it all dried up snorted and says he enjoyed its carcinogenic fun.

hmmmmm that actually seems possible swim doesnt know exactly what the effects of sass oil are comparativly to mdma but that seems possible. COuld the powder of the dried oil be made into pill form to any swiys knowledge?

Swim has come upon a new fact that sounds possible somehow. While browsing wikipedia he happened upon the fact that PMA is sythyisized from something called anethole, the flavor compound in anise and fennel, which has a predominant taste of licorice. The problem with this one is that supposedly it has the taste sweeter than sugar and somewhat pleasent, now swim and pals think it tasted like ass. Wow swim had a damn interesting mystery pill there he hopes it wasnt like PMA or something or some really weird shit.

hi folks, i'm new here but not new to the scene.
Over the last 16 years SWIM has had all shapes and sizes and would regularly chew instead of swallow. Many a time he would taste liquorice off the E's. Each time he would have the same type of buzz, which he and his friends all thought was the same buzz as K. Maybe there wrong.

huh, swim just noticed the newer post there, hmm well swim hasnt really had much if any experience with disasociatives let alone K but could see what swiy means, and it seems possible, the world may never know.

Awww dude, my Bill says how the heck can swiy chew them?! He says they taste like hair spray and the way they crumble is like someones sprayed mace in his mouth. He often has to bite them for people so they can share and for some reason has a presice bite.
