Salvia Divinorum and opiates
Swim has not yet tried salvia divinorum but plans on it soon.Swim is curious what sort of effects opiates being mixed with salvia divinorum might cause.Would they amplify the trip?Might they make the salvia ineffective?Swim is sure it would be a relatively safe combination,does anyone have info to the contrary?

from my little knowledge, salvinorin-A is a K-opiod receptors (KOR) agonist so its action is exactly opposed to opioid drugs which bind to the M-opiod receptors.
I guess the effect of the combination of the two is reduced effect or no effect at all.
