Am i kidding myself with DF 118's?

Hi, SWIM had a heroin problem over 7 years ago and hasnt touched it since, but for the past couple of years have been taking DF's and valium approx a couple of times a week. now recently everyone SWIM knows who was supplied DF's has suddenly stopped getting them which meant SWIM cant get them. SWIM found a person who got a bottle of them for a post operation pain relief and SWIM took around 15x 60mg's for a nice buzz. SWIM had only had just under a fortnight clean before this event came up and had used naltrexone 3 days before taking the dose, anyway SWIM has 4 DF's left and suspects the naltrexone blocked the full effect of the last dose, but hasnt touched naltrexone (self prescribed) for 10 days now. SWIM has suffered a mild withdrawal most of the week including today, but wants to know if taking such a small dose today will give him withdrawals as bad next week- he has a low pain threshold but is really tempted by these 4 DF's on his rare day off work. Will a reduced dose give SWIM reduced withdrawal or is he kidding himself?

If SWIY is really stuck for DHC Paramol contains 7.5mg and is available over the counter. I know its a really small dose, but it could help.

With time withdrawals are worse. But a reduced dose will give a "reduced" withdrawal. Remember that withdrawals are allways no fun time...

Just don't be kidding yourself thinking that a "reduced" habit/withdrawal is easy to live with, it can be just as bad for your life as a really huge habit/withdrawal.

But if swiy must use it them choose opiates that can be more easy reduced, like codeine, dhc, tramadol.

Well..DHC's pretty close to plain Codeine..which makes me think they got a similar way of effection as well..that taken for granted...I wonder why would everyone wanna take up to such an amount of it when the ceiling dose is approximately around 400/450mg I mean..take a bit more and you'll waste it..so what's the point?
