Dose - Butalbital - Dosing 24 hrs later?

Hello,

I dosed 6x Fioricet tabs last night around 10:30 - 1950mgAPAP/300mg Butalbital/240mg Caffeine. I know the half-life for Butalbital is 35 hours. My question is, would I be safe to take, say 4 or 5 tabs tonight? The 24 hour total would be around 3575mg APAP (24 hr period)/550mg Butal.

Would I suffer any potentially hazardous reactions if I was to redose around 24 hours later? I am not sure what the LD50 is for Butalbital, and APAP, I hear, is fine if you stay under 4G in 24 hours.

Any help would be appreciated.

You'll be fine, they say that maximum human doase should not exceed 4g/day. Studies suggest that it takes around 7g/day to do any serious damage, increase the chance of liver failure and possibly even death.

As long as you are not making this a routine daily thing, you will be fine. Just don't make high doses of acetaminophen a habit. Moderation is key....

A one time thing fine but swim thinks addictive drugs that are mixed with acetaminophen is a recipe for disaster.
