Drug Testing

Say SWIM took one 30 mg adderall XR today (Tuesday) at about 7 o'clock in the morning. On this day he finds out he gets a call and has to take a random drug screen on Friday. SWIM knows adderall can show up on a drug tests as amphetamines. Unfortunately, SWIM doesn't have an adderall prescription. SWIM has taken the tests before and its just one of the cups (NIDA-5) you piss in and get results in the like a minute or whatever. What should SWIM do to clear out his system? SWIM has already been drinking a bunch of water today.

It will be out of your system by Friday.. I guarantee it.. When you do piss though, piss for a minute into the toilet then just a lil in the cup.. the first amount of piss is dirtier then the rest i read.. but four days, you should be fine..

I also forgot, if you're really that worried. Take five shots of vinegar a day.. I know vinegar is nasty, but pour it in a shot glass and spread the five shots throughout the day.. it'll make you shit alot, but that's cleaning out your system..

swim is in the same boat. but they take 120 mg over the course of two whole days. swim only weighs about 130 lbs. How long does this take to flush with the help of water and other appropriate methods?

Amphetamines are only in urine for 3-4 days at the most, if I'm not mistaken. Unless it's within 3 days I wouldn't really worry maybe chug a bottle of water everyday to help out a little but your body will clean itself of adderall pretty quickly. If SWIY do have a test within a day or two though I would STAY drinking water. That's the best and easiest way. On an un-related note does anyone know if this works for marijuana? SWIM doesn't have a test or anything he's just always been apprehensive on whether or not it would work since marijuana sticks to fat cells instead of just floatin around in the blood.
