where you ever a bully in highschool ?

Did you ever bully some kid in highschool that would never fight back? Relentlessly harass, intimidate and humiliate them for weeks months or years to get a kick out of it?

So if you were, how did time change your thoughts - do you have any expreinces meeting your victim years later ? did you ever have concerns or a thought that maybe they'd come back for you or your family to exact revenge ? had you ever been bashed by them or anonymously threatened and wondered if it was the people you bullied all those years ago? Did you ever feel guilty enough to apologize years later or anything ?

If you were bullied, did you exact revenge or know of somebody who did such a thing ?

I was bullied infrequently, probably because the last bully who gave me problems was swiftly and forcefully punched in the ribs. I believe I cracked two... No probs after that.

bullying stopped after 5th grade for everyone it seemed, then people formed groups and posses, then people just had individual troubles.. SWIM would never initiate but SWIM beat some ass one time when SWIM got robbed by this "i'm crip, n**ga! i'm a crip n**ga!" he ran away after getting stuck in the ribs and jaw, then SWIM yelled! "CRIP means Cowards Run In Packs!" that was the end of that... and SWIM thinks he wasn't actually a Crip and that he dug himself a hole with actual Crips by getting stuck a few times and acting like he was.

The Chinese have a saying regarding people who harm others for whatever reasons - shits & giggles, financial gain, proving they aren't gay, etc:

"Just sit on your doorstep and wait for the funeral to go by."

I was pleased to run into the old school bully many years after his heyday. He would beat up boys and make 'em suck his penis. Steal bicycles and/or slice their tires. Sucker-punch kids in the hallway. All that stuff. Reporting him to the authorities did nothing. It became clear that he served a vital role within the school system: The Bully was an icon. The excuses the school would come up to allow his perverted practices to go on ran the gamut from "The poor child has a rough home life" to "He's a special child who needs love and understanding - not punishment."

One day he cornered me in the boys room (one of his offices) and punched me in the stomach and demanded I get on my knees and suck his penis. Instead I pulled a knife and went for him. He ran too fast for me to do some artwork to his appendage. Despite my reporting the attempted rape - I was suspended from school for a week. He wasn't even given a detention. Which was fine by me. I learned far more down at the library than at the administrations experiment in education. But I did learn the concept of the school bully being an actual, functional icon to the school as is the silver chalices that priests pull out for special services at the church.

So one night, about 18 years after ever hearing the name Freddy Rothmell, a drunken, fat, staggering mass of blubber approached me as I crossed a bridge. It was only about 12 feet (3 1/2 metres) above a shaloow river. I recognized him instantly, but did a double-take nonetheless.

"What are you looking at, you faggot?" asked the bully who tried to force me to blow him. "Not a whole hell of alot, Freddy. I remember you. What have you been up to?" He started silently, seething. Trying to figure out which one I might have been. Finally, blocking my way, he sputtered out: "I'm gonna beat the shit outta you faggot! You got money on you, faggot?" I stepped around him and attempted to continue on my way.. But Freddy grabbed my arm.

I won't go into the details. But Fat Freddy ended up flying over the bridge-rail and landed on the rocks and water below. And I picked up my pace a bit and took a few shortcuts to my house. All I needed was being arrested for beating up the now-town bully. Once at home, I turned on my police scanner. They found him. Fat-Freddy wasn't seriously injured, but he did try to beat up the cops. He ended up arrested and taken to jail.

That made up for a few of the things he did - to me. But there is still a long list of other people who have yet to give Fat Freddy his flying-lesson.

So I remain sitting on my doorstep, awaiting the funeral to pass by.

Not in high school, but in middle school I was a major bitch and was mean to people for really no reason. I was just mean. Growing up did a world of wonders as far as that goes.

who needs to enact revenge? all you need to do is watch them fail at real life. what could be sweeter than coming back to your hometown 10 years later and finding out that the asshole jock who used to fuck with you is working at mcdonalds or something and still living at home with mommy and daddy? yeah it happens....and its pretty fucking funny...

unlike many at this site swim was never really smart, and grew up in poverty, with not bully's, but gangs. the type you hear about in the news. swim had a broke life and fell into nothing but trouble, felon. But never ran woth a gang, or acted mean to one for being shorter or looking gay.

Although, swim still had that hot-head mentality, still does, but is alot more mature than he used to be. with that background being said:

@point: swim has been influenced by bad groups of people MANY times, and only assulted many to attempt to make his way out-of poverty, aswell as anyone trying to give him any shit about who he was with, he trashed people up pretty good, but swim hates a bragger, and is not trying to look cool, it is all-to-common where he lives, but swim was never messed with, without IMMEDIATE retaliation punishment.

Funny enough swim is one of those persons one might call-"little guy", and he is stocky, and trust me little guys have short tempers, and makes no difference from size.

I noticed that most of the people that liked to pick on me in high school were considerably smaller than me.

I also notice that there are very few very large people who are bullies... I say very few because there are always exceptions.

Speaking personally, I never bullied anyone because I was afraid of what I could do to someone if I ever let my temper get the best of me, or if I used my size as an advantage. This has fared well for me for the most part. After a certain point people just stopped picking on me.

Maybe they finally noticed that in order to pick on me, they had to crank their necks and look up?

Swia was never bullied, she has had people try too and they always seemed to regret it. her education was largely home based or in institutes, when with other children in schools briefly, she was always very distant no one bothered her due to how quiet and cold she was. She had friends but pretty much ignored everyone else.

and only spoke to those who seemed interesting or were nice and did not have to prove themselves to any supposed standard.

it's definitely good to find those who are sincerely nice... and a sincerely good hearted person can be easily taken adantage of at times and shat on because they give the benefit of the doubt and think people are always meaning well but a whole lot of people are just out to get their ends, which is probably the biggest lesson of high school as far as learning who to surround yourself with... but then there are those that never stop looking to be popular, want to hang out with a certain crowd, and lack thoughts of their own.

Swim believes in fate and karma so is happy in the knowledge that what goes around comes around.

Swim was bullied at school but ended up becoming (randomly) very good friends with one of his bullies years later, one night after heavy drinking Swim told his bully that he never forgot the years of abuse and will one day have his own back. Swim still smiles when he remembers the way the bullies blood drained from his face and he just managed a wimper of 'Are you serious, man?'

Swim wasn't overly serious but as per mentioned, should karma put the bully under my car tyres at 60mph or should he happen to accidently set himself on fire on the day I decide to wear trousers with out flys, so be it.

I was bullied through primary school and when i got to secondary school people eased off for a while then it took one person to start the whole thing off again, i eventually snapped and stopped taking the abuse and gave it back, after that alot of people were scared of me so I used that to manipulate people alot... but I soon grew out of that too..

I'd love to take revenge on some of the people that bullied me...

yeah swim took the bus from a primarily white neighborhood and the bus picked swim and four other white folks up, and proceeded to a school that had honors programs that was in the projects/ghetto, swim and friends always went to the back naturally away from the driver, and then swim's bus picked up "the ghetto kids" and they would always try to punk all of swim and friends to get out of the back seats (but whyy?) ... one day they took it too far. swim was the oldest, a 5th grader, and the biggest of the white kids... the other kids were 3rd and 4th graders. one day some macho black 5th grader (a girl that insulted swim and friends all the time) tried to intimidate us even more by slapping one of the third graders repeatedly, at least ten times asking "what are you gonna do about it?", swim got this bitch off him since they wouldn't fight back themselves... and she started talking smack to swim and this bitch with both arms up on the seats, kicks swim with both legs several times, by instinct and self-defense swim pushes girl off down into the seat across and punches her in the face about 5 times then backs off, swim got suspended for a few days but the kids never got fucked with again. thats what happens when there are 5 white kids and 36 black kids in elementary school on a bus.

I got picked on in elementary school when I was quiet and would spend entire days without saying anything.

Although I found that when a bully tried to pick on me and I, the boy who never speaks, insulted him back it would put the bully off. Then I would walk away and they would shout something along the lines of I m not done with you yet, but only one ever actually came after me. He did the grade school equivalent of a drive by, he ran by me and punched me upside the head.

The bullies are not what bothered me about school. It was the kids that seemed to just slide through school. The football players who got F's changed to D's so they had the minimum required Grade Point Average to still play football. Or the kid who just didn't try. They missed tests, never made up the tests, or failed tests and then the teacher would nulifiy it from the students grade so the kid could still pass because the teacher liked him/her.
Maybe that just the U.S. public school system. but that always pissed me off.

I met one of those Football players at a bar a couple of weeks ago. He was drunk and acted like we were old friends and told me how he got a full ride to some college but tore his ACL twice in one year. So because he could not plan on making a career out of Football and teachers had no need to manipulate his grades anymore he soon flunked out of college and he has such a messed up knee he cant do any physical labor jobs ethier. So he has no job, hes getting out of shape from lack of exercise and from all the beer hes drinking and he lives with his parents.

I got bullied but unfotunately somewhat because of it I turned into the lowlife unemployed loser that lives at home with his mommy and he has a successful life with his own home paid off. he's got friends and adoring women and i have neither

but its not so much about him, it was the whole school thing. everybody was scared. so i had long term friends try to fight me because they knew i would not fuight back, and i got maipulators.. the whole time i was plotting murdering them inmy head but never carried it out thankfully.. but i do have a severe distrust of people.

and being a hermit the only kind of social interaction is on the internet where you get to see everybodies worst side and their evil. i hate that
