ephedra extract dosage
SWIM was wondering if anyone can give him a rough estimation on dosage for some loose ephedra extract (10% ephedrines) he has? He believes that a normal dose of ephedra (1% ephedrines) is 1 to 4 grams. So does this mean a rough dosage would be 100-400 mgs of extract?
He does have experience of far stronger stimulants so is not overly worried about side-affects. Also, is it the sort of thing you can redose on through the night should you not feel noticeable effects first time round?
