Opinions - deep thinking on marijuana... Will it be the same with LSD?

So swim has been thinking about trying lsd but he has a question.

Whenever he smokes a lot of weed (has been smoking about twice a week for a few years), his mind seems to never stop turning. An example is when he comes up with an idea of a picture to paint, he sometimes doesn't realize that his friend is talking to him because he is so caught up in his deep thoughts. Anyway, the question is how does swiy think that swim would do on acid? Would he be completely overwhelmed in his thoughts, or would it be a completely different experience?

Yep, one thing SWIM finds similar about LSD and Marijuana is the wild free association and moments of introspection. Keep in mind, that what SWIY thinks is immersion on weed will be replaced by total consumption with acid.

Put it this way, if weed throws you into a swimming pool of deep though, LSD will throw you into the middle of the ocean.

^^^A fairly good analogy. Perhaps one might say, though, that LSD submerges one in those depths of the ocean, where the most strange and exotic forms exist, being so different from anything seen in a swimming pool that ordinary thoughts may very well be forgotten all together. It's a whole different ball game from what monkey tells me. But also keep in mind that monkey has a propensity to do larger doses of such substances than many enjoy.
