swims watching csi right now and they mentioned "black cocaine" cocaine treated with something something seomthing to make it undetectable to drug sniffing dogs.is tis true?is this a real thing or just tv?

, also known as Coca Negra, is a combination of regular cocaine hydrochloride and various chemicals, such as potassium thiocyanate, usually added at 40% admixture. This renders it undetectable to drug sniffing dogs and the regular chemical tests. Since the result is usually black, it is generally smuggled in as toner in fake IBM brand toner cartridges, fingerprint powder, fertilizer or pigment. The substance is separated out after delivery with a solvent such as acetone and discarded.

The Securtec "Drugwipe test[1]" has been one of a few that have worked in detecting the mixture.

This is not a new process, Black cocaine was detected for the first time in Germany in February 1998.

The traffickers add charcoal and other chemicals to cocaine, which transforms it into a black substance that has no smell and does not react when subjected to the usual chemical tests. ”

It is real and it is also called Coca Negra. Coca Negra is usually coke cut with a mixture of Cobalt + Ferric Chloride, or Iron Thiocyanate which makes it undetectable to drug dogs. The Coca Negra is then dissolved in a solvent, usually acetone, and filtered to remove the masking agents before it's sold.

oouoa.. not really. Not to bad-mouth the biziness of this line of work, but swim has had folks,was one(10years ago), and has known people in this line of work, and they dont give a flip. Feinds, aren't going to quit paying for it. Also. This isn't yet a global idea, or common sense idea. It's a brilliant idea, in which involves a little extra work, and not every cartels, are going to use this method.
