anxiaty comdown frome?

swim use to use e alot awile a go and allways had bad anxiaty and was prescribed efexor for this, swim has not used e for over 2 mounths now and lastweekend swim had 2 and,anyway the next 2 day swims anxiaty came back but now has gone. has anyone expereanced this?
