after swim started using other substances apart from alcohol

obviously with the exception of caffeine/nicotine, how many of you feel that one swiy started using other substances apart from legal ones, the thought of alcohol became a lot less pleasing, many people swim knows simply can't stomach it anymore, and neither can swim!

For SWIM, alcohol always tasted like shit. Even after he discovered other substances, the taste of alcohol didn't get any worse - it just tasted like poison like always.

That said, alcohol is relatively unique and has its uses apart from other drugs. It is a cheap, socially acceptable (in many cases in the US), widely available, and legal alternative to most other common recreational substances.

Despite the inherit risks and dangers of doing so, SWIM has been known to mix low doses of alcohol with moderate amounts of other substances, and noted that this too can sometimes be enjoyable.

SWIM has found that the only fix for the biting taste of alcohol is to
1. Drink large amounts of it over time.
2. Get more wasted.

swim would agree with it being pleasurable combined with other substances occasionally.

3-4 beers before dropping/waiting to come up from an e seems to make the come up quick and nicer for swim.

last time swim combined e with alcohol he only had one, compared to his usual 3-4, and was up dancing for almost 5 hours.

SWIM has found that the taste of alcohol can be almost completely masked by other substances. Many "girly" drinks are like this.

For SWIM, he still always tastes the alcohol in the lighter mixtures at first, it isn't until he drinks more and more that it begins to become unnoticeable.

SWIM used to drink loads but he found it was a very depressing drug and once he started having more fun with substances like weed he stopped drinking

SWIM does still drink from time to time but he doesn't get as drunk and depressed off booze as he used to, mainly due to not drinking half as much as he used

Swim loves his bourbon as much as he ever did. How many nights has he spent staring at a bottle thinking, "Jim Beam, you my only friend..."

He thinks other drugs can be more pleasurable, depending on context, and that psychedelics are far more useful. He still enjoys drinking, but it's more of a social thing. He loves his local bars.

Well swim smoked weed before he started drinking...

Swim used to chug straight vodka back in the day, but now a days he doesn't like to go by the "whatever gets me fucked up" motto but fortunately he rarely has to put up with nastier drinks. Swim tends to drink more beer than hard liquor now, which he doesn't mind as much even though some has a nasty bite.

Bacardi limon is good as fuck though.

Swim never liked alcohol that much.He liked it more when it was one of the few drugs he had really experienced.Afterwards it meant nothing but nausea,hangovers,and splitting headaches to swim.Swim doesn't understand why so many people mix alcohol with other substances.Most substances are best when swiy can feel the full effects of the substance.
