Side effects - After effects of Diphenhydramine

the day after swim trips, he always feels a little depressed, achey, and tired. sometimes these aftereffects can last up to about a week. 2 weeks after an especially large trip. does anyone else feel the same way? old and new friends alike often ask swim how certain drugs effect them, and he always feel sorry that he can't answer their questions in a more realistic manner. all he can do is tell them how he reacts to the drugs and he finds that amount of information to be insufficient. swim wants to help his friends and keep them safe, while still letting them have a great time. so swim's a little curious how diphenhydramine reacts to different people of all shapes and sizes.

light: 150-200
moderate: 225-300

Swim trys to aviod diphenhydramine like its the plague, its always a last resort kinda thing. Anyway swim is 5'8 and about 150 pounds. The day afters always suck. Swim always feels really tired and usually has a hard time feeling like he's in control of things, kind of like his brain isnt registering whats going on around him. It's like going through the next day is a blur of events which sometimes swim doesn't even remember. The after effects have never lasted more than a day though. The amount of time one feels the effects afterwards probably depends on how fast ones body can process whatever one happens to put in it. Swim never really ventures over 300mg of it either. Hope this kind of helps.

After heavy diphenhydramine use swim often feels really down and often has a weird headache behind his eyes sort of like a sinus headache.
