Relieving Mushroom Nausea

SWIM needs tips for relieving mushroom nausea, as the only two times he has done them were very high doses, and both times led to intense nausea that took control of the trips turning them into terrifying ordeals (huge understatement, more like living hell). Would perhaps taking pepto bismol before and during the trip help, without disturbing the psilocybin's effects of course?
