Best visual stimulation for ecstasy?

I'm really enjoy the visual enhancements that go along with Ecstasy. I
have fun looking at trippy posters, since I can usually just look at it and
form images with my mind, but I prefer light based visuals (think I've
outgrown the glo stick thing though). I randomly stumbled across this
great media jukebox visualization (you know, the kiind that goes with the
music) that formed all these cool evil faces and images (definitely
programmed in since my fellow tripper saw the same things without me
describing them first), but of course the next day I had no idea which one
it was and have never found it since.

Does anyone have any suggestions for good computer-based visuals?
Eiteher music-based or just screensavers? Thanks in advance!

well first off MDMA doesnt produce visuals effects at all usally, maybe you are thinking about MDA or 2cb they both have the great ecstacy high and produce nice visuals.

I refer to Ecstasy here in the current "true" sense...that is, nowadays most of what you get (at least in my neck of the woods) isn't pure MDMA (alas!). Usually, it's a mix of that and/or MDA, MDE, and caffeine/meth. In any case, I'm don't typically have full-on hallucinations, but visuals (especially from light sources) are definitely enhanced. It's best when the source is something trippy to begin with, hence my request.

I love lights.....Liquid light projectors, strobs,lazers (type lights)...anything like that. I like to put different lights in all the rooms of my house (if I am at home)...really set the setting type of deal. Fog machines are cool, but can draw attention to your home if you live in apartments or a neighborhood...(you don't want the fire dept. at your door w/ their axes. For going out --Lazer Light Shows..if they are around your neck of the woods. I haven't really spent much time w/ trippy screensavers, can't really help you there. I have found Mountains, Oceans, Golf Courses (at night or in the snow), Highrise apartments in big cities...all these are neat places to trip and can be visually stimulating

I've taken good e once, and I didn't need anything extra to trip on. Trust me, if that shit's good any fucking thing you see will fall into the really trippy ass visual thrill catagory, especially at the "peak" of the high...
Good e, it won't matter what you're seeing, everything will look different.

(At least this was my experience, 10 years ago, with 1/2 a hit of e. Good e, 1/2 a hit should have you way off- these clubbers who take 10 e pills, it's no wonder they die. Correctly made, X is strong and will make you trip. Right now.

The funnest for me is techno clubs, raves and rave clubs. They almost always have some cool light shows or other fun stuff to look at. The art on erowid is pretty sick to.

The techno clubs are fun for a while, but I wouldn't wanna spend 8 hours there while on E! Too loud, too intense.

The visualisation plug in with winamp, called 'milk drop'

That is the best thing for tripping out to, sit looking at that and the colours and patterns slowly start making their way out of the monitor and onto the walls in the room

Milk Drop for winamp may be the vis I was referring to in my original
post, although I can't confirm this as I look at it now sober. I'm fairly sure
it was a Winamp vis, though, and a popular one. Basically, while we were
rolling, we had it on in the background, but when I sat down and really
watched it, it actually told a story. It's essentially a tale of the earth being
destroyed (probably by us) and then aliens coming and taking our wasted
body parts and replenishing the earth. There's also a lot of animal
imagery and I remember one portion where the aliens are operating on
something and then step back to reveal a lion with a big clear dome on its
head containing a human brain. There's also a segment where all these
iconic images formed (e.g WonderWoman, Cap'n Crunch, Mr. Clean, etc)
and then morphed into death shaddows. Now, remeber I wasn't on acid
here (imagine if you were!!!), plus my mate saw a lot of the exact same
things. It's just crazy that people can program a jukebox visualization to
do that. I'm definitely going to check out some more in the future...I just
wish they looked the same sober!

yeah download winamp. Its regular visualizations are my favorite
for E personaly. I like Milkdrop more when im tripping. And
if you want try out something tiny-fullscreen (forget the full name,
ill check and post it) or if you are in a really giggly mood or are on
a come down sometimes its fun to watch that dancing stick man
plugin. I love winamp, its gotta be my best trip toy, especially
now that i got DFX. Yall should download it, it isnt free, and if
you are broke like me you will probably know where to find a crack for
it. DFX GREATLY enhances
your music, sample it for free to see if you like it. I can
barely listen to songs now without it. Get all those and you will
definatly have some good eye candy.

I personally like playing with glowsticks. They are nice stimuli
and they are fun to play around with too. Once you have that
energy flowing you wont be able to stop playing with them.

For Windows media player the "Pthalos Corona@ and "Pthalos Blaze" Visualisations are rather good if you can find them!

i agree with manda that while on ecstasy u don't really have to plan ahead different setups for good visuals because anything u see or do is way better than when sober

the best player for visuals i had was with xine.. i don't know yet if
there is a xine player for windows... i like it much better than
windows mediaplayer.. always play it with full screen.



i've tried once looking at porn pictures.. they were moving (fucking)..



some patters look very fun.. tried different backgrounds and wallpapers.. qll of them moving.. great fun!!

and a while ago i bought this glass ball, with plasma beams in it, that shoot to your hand if u touch the ball, thats quite wicked too, but much more fun on shrooms

try different colored lights in different rooms, (green purple red), tech clubs are good but they can get really crowded, goood strip cubs usually have good lighting among other enhancers. My kid won one of these multicolored spinning disco lamps that looks cool sometimes. I do believe in planning ahead though, nothing worse than wasting rolling time trying to find and hook up shiit all over the place. Try oriental trading co. they have some cool party props like glow necklaces, sticks, cups, etc, you know the stuff, it's cheap too.
