Reducing the itchies

The incredible hulk uses codeine recreationally quite often (usually about 300mg) but has decided to take a dramamine pill (50mg dimenhydranate) beforehand to help with the itchies. He's heard that dramamine potentiates codeine somewhat and would like to know how much he should reduce his codeine dose to allow for this potentiation.
