Salvia divinorum -Infused Moonshine

Anyone ever have moonshine(or any other Hi Proof alcohol) that had a cold infusion of Salvia leaves for maybe 3 months



Im thinking of doing a long term infusion in some shine not sure how it would end up or if its healthy

Please let us know. That would be very interetsing. Very bitter as well. You might need to mask the flavour with pernod or something. Salvia is only active if you smoke it our if you chew it and it gets absorbed by your glands. It might work if you make moonshine of it.L If you succeed, I will try it to.

it seems like you would have to have a good knowloedge of the process of making moonshine first, not saying you don't
it would probably take a good amount i would go with a good extract or if you have the cash and tincture...that seems like it would work really well

hahah alfa after you mentioned pernod I just had to write up a
makeshift adapted recipe for absinthe using Salvia in addition to
wormwood if I have any success I'll tell ya all

plus I am making some with a straight salvia infusion

Just keep in mind that Salvinorin will not absorb in the stomach. As alfa said it is only active via smoking or through the oral membranes. Actually, I have heard of someone snorting it and getting effects too via their mucous membranes. Chop that shit up real fine if you are crazy enough to do that. I'm not.
