Could adulterants change the High this much?

SWIM recived some pills and they have an MDXX feel but def. not MDMA.

SWIMS pupils didnt dialte much at all and SWIM is a meth user and loves amphetmine this didnt feel much like that either. The high was not very Euphoric and wassent into music much at all and decided to lay down, when he closes his eyes it feels like waves going through his body as if he was breating deeply but he wassent at all. I wouldent exactly describe the Body high as "nice". However SWIM was very loving.

The effect lasted for a while actually then just whent away.

He also took 3 of the same pills to ensure it wassent just a small dosage.

So my question is could adaulternats change the high that much or is this a different compound? MDE, mda mabye?
