Making them LAST

SWIM has 10 Oxy 40's and 30 hydro 10mg. She wants to make these last as long as possible. What is the best way to do this? E.g. if swim cuts the oxy's into fourths, yielding 40 oxy 10mg pills, this will take away the extended release function of the pill, correct? So would it be better to take one 40 orally, and try to take nothing else for the rest of the day? Or crush and insufflate? Opinions, suggestions, and comments requested. Thanks.

swim think that you ans swim should go out on a date lol actually swim does is cut them into four peaces crush and snort and let the good warm time role

i dont know about swiy pain level, swim has chronic pain and if I were in your situation , 10 days would be as they could be made to last like this
take one timed released 40per day and take a 10mg for breakthru pain. This would prevent the onset of withdraws and would also provide pain controll.

Thank you. I think 10 days will probably be about the length of time for SWIM too. SWIM also has a few percs, some kratom, and should be receiving some valium and phen this week. Can any one advise SWIM on contraindications of any of these possible drug combinations or suggestions that may enhance any combinations. Thanks. SWIM has to go now but will be back later to read posts.
