What's SWIY's highest kratom dose? what were the effects? side effects? how prepared? state if thai bali, powdered etc...


SWIM's highest was probably 50-60 grams boiled twice of bali crushed leaf, into about 4-5 cups drunk over an hour, and experienced alot of nodding, itching, upset stomach and dry skin/sweating(but not because hot or cold sweats, just itchy sweats).

ate carrots, vitamin a helps the *dry skin and it seemed to help it retain moisturize, maybe not
yerba mate alleviated *stomach agitation by relaxing smooth muscle tissue so no upset stomach, just ended up nodding pretty hard, the next day felt extremely dehydrated and skin was very very dry and itchy and drank alot of water and had alot of vitamin a, and well-balanced diet, felt better next day
