yup you could,but id look into doing a cold water extract on them that way you dont have to injest al that tyanol.

Snorting Codiene is highly ineffective. The only effect one would get is the drip down the throat into the stomache. In other words it works better and is more efficient to swallow the pills. Not to mention they are large pills. But do keep in mind the Acetominiphen. Taking a strong dose of codiene is taking too much of it without a CWE.
