this is a message from the big lizard in my backyard:

so ive never cared for the whole set/setting,relaxed enviroment thing,ill dose anytime anywhere and be happy,i didint think i was capable of haveing a bad trip,i dont know maybe haveing a lever in my cage to dispense lsd pelets isint a good idea,just a message to all you hardcore trippers that dont think they can have a bad trip,oh yea and eating more acid dosent seam to fix bad trips...

SWIM is very sorry to hear this. Last night he found himself in many situations that were a touch away from an irreversable bad trip, but managed to overcome the weird thought pattens and feelings of snapping insanity to still enjoy himself. Even at around +10h he was still being met with thoughts that got him a bit concerned. It's about +15h now and he feels fine.

Did SWIY's trip offer him anything beneficial?

not so much the night of the bad trip,but when he woke up the next morning still having a bad trip he redosed and sorted alot of things out

Every trip is a "bad trip" for SWIM they are usally all depressing the onlything that varies is depending on how bad it gets and how long it lasts.

With no tolerance deppression is Extream but by the end of the peak on the way down SWIM feels like a new person and totaly refreshed and on his level.

With tolerance deppresion isnt as bad but lasts about 10 hours.

I don't especially care for the concept of denoting psychedelic experiences as either "good" or "bad". Its far too polemic for my liking.

An enjoyable psychedelic experience can be completely useless other than helping to kill some time, and an extremely uncomfortable psychedelic experience can be of great benefit psychologically. Which one is 'good' and which one is 'bad'?

My view doesn't mark one as good or bad either. Does it leave one with a lesson? If yes - thats good. If the lesson scares the shit out of you - that's good, too. Care to argue?

i guess the word positive and negative only comes with idea of syptoms , i one would denote there physical and mental feeling with either good nor bad depending one ones ability to cope ,,,,
