Re: 5-meo-mipt Long term use

3g in 2 months ! (dosage is about 5mg)

I think swiy gonna mutate in something very scarry.

swiy have to make a big pause and take lots of vitamins, anti oxidants, probiotique, make sports, make memory exercise, eveything else except tripping.

Swiy have to see a doctor.

Yes. Supplements, healthy food, cognitive and physical exercise will help. Staying away from any psychoactives is also a good idea. If symptoms persist or get worse, SWIM should REALLY see a doctor (not that doctors would know much about chronic 5-MEO-MIPT abuse, but they can certainly help SWIM).

Psychedelic burn-out...take a long break from psychs and get out in the woods and do some hiking (best cure). Eat lots of fruit and meditate.

Drink water.

Re: 5-meo-mipt Long term use

Probably best to avoid all substances (weed and alcohol included) during this period. Your swim sounds like he might be on the verge off altering the chemical balance in his brain.

Swim like moxy but feels it might be bad for anybody with that sort of frequency...the brain is a marvellously bouncy organ though. Give it time and it will recover fully - your swim doesn't want to end up with HPPD

Re: 5-meo-mipt Long term use

5-meo-mipt seems rough on energy reserves, which seems cumulative over time. Take a good long break and you're energy levels should return. SWIM went through 100 mg in just over a month, usually in the 16-22mg range, about once a week, and by the end was feeling totally de-energized, and would literally sleep through the whole following day and still awake feeling groggy. SWIM also noticed strong short-term memory deficits from 5-meo-mipt , tho these resolved completely within a couple of weeks of last use.

Give it a break!

Or call Hollywood and see if they are doing a re-make of Altered States. Swim might land the leading role!

Food. Sleep. Vitamins. Excercise. And STAY AWAY FROM DRUGS!

Geesh!

And abstinence from psychedelics for a bit, especially 5-meo-mipt, is probably a good thing to pair with what you mentioned.
