Oxycodone VS Oxymorphone
swim wants to know which of the 2 are better in both pain killing and

Oxycodone is a very different drug from oxymorphone. Oxymorphone is much more potent than oxycodone, and much harder to find. SWIM would be curious to hear where SWIY aquired/plans to find oxymorphone, as its rare to find as a drug of abuse. If you can get your hands on some oxymorphone SWIM would suggest you try that, but cautiously, as it's very powerful.

swim has gottin a script to try to replace swims other script or oxycodone er 40mg is that better so swim want to know is should swim switch to oxymorphone
