Isolation of mitragynine/7-HO-Mitragynine

If anyone has any methods to make an isolate of mitragynine or 7-Hydroxy-Mitragynine, please share with the rest of DFers. Vendors are doing it, why can't swim?

Swim thinks that he knows how to salt the freebase and create an isolate.
Swims problem is that he does'nt know the best way to create the freebase. Should he disolve the extract into ISOP alchohol, then add Naptha, then add sodium bicarbonate to base it out ?
