Effects - Swim tried ket - tolerance question

Earlier today Swim railed a 1" line of ket, and got rather fucked up! (Swims first time..). Unfortunatly after an hour swim felt rather sick and didnt regain full health for another 2 hours.. is there anything swim can do to avoid this in the future?

Additionaly Swim intends to try once again, to reach a khole tonight. How much more must Swim take to reach the same state as before factoring in tolerance?

Don't eat for an hour or so beforehand-- don't drink alchohol beforehand.

It's common to feel sick on ketamine. Also, if swiy want to play in the khole for the first-time be prepared, some people can't hang.

Perhaps SWIY should lie down during the experience, if you didn't. Whenever SWIM tried it, if i go up or moved around much i felt rough, but lying down i felt fine.
