A little help with Dwarf Morning Glory

Hi, guys, I've just arrived here, and I'm kind of lost.

I did search in the forum for information about Convulvulus tricolor (the Dwarf Morning Glory), and I didnt find much, just that there are LSA in the seeds. But I was expecting to find real descriptions of those who could have used it. So, I would like to know if the seeds of Dwarf Morning Glory have the same effect of Morning Glory seeds...

By the way, I'm kind of confused with everybody swimming. What exactly is the point? Hehehe.
