New Moderator introduction for the cocaine forum

just a little info. swim will be cleaning up and editing threads for a while, to make access to content clearer, and in this first phase there'll be *a lot* of stickies on the first page. This isn't permanent, just a temporary organising thing, which is really helping swim, and threads that shouldn't be stickies will be unstuck when they've been cleaned up.
