Good first dose? first time, dont wanna die/over do it... dilauadid

So SWIM aquirred 5 dilauadid, they are the 4 mg strength, , the person swim got them from said to snort half (2mg) and swim will feel good. Swim has pretty much no tolerance to pain killers. Is this a good dose for SWIM or is it too much/not enough... SWIM is on 20mg adderall 2 times a day as well as klonopin 1mg once a day. Swim figured he would mention that but swim will most likely not take his meds and just use dilauadid. Anyways, questiion being is 2mg snorted enough to get swim high? or should he do more, or if anyone has a comparison i.e. something like 40mg oxycodone=__mg hydromorphone. Thanks for any input!!

That thread indicates that 1-2mg of hydromorphone (Dilaudid) would be a good starting dose for swim.

Well I will let swim know about this rule, assuming it was swim and not me, I guess he didnt think it mattered, anyways, SWIM, just did a 2mg line about 3 min ago, doesn't feel much at all yet, but he does not know exactly dilaudid supposed to feel like, swims breathing is really bad and it constantly feels like he cannot get deep breaths in, swim has taken quite a bit of adderall today and a klonopin not too long ago, swim feels on the verge of a pannick attack. Swims chest and back hurts and his heart seems to be beating very irregular (ie, beats fast, then slows down, then sometimes feels like it beats then stops, then beats 2 time, fast slow etc) Swims glands by his throat are really tingly and so are his hands. Swim is trying to control his breathing but every breath is never deep enough, Swims arms feel weird, only way to describe it is it feels like my veins are pumping fast, as swim is typing this, breathing is worse and numbing/tingling feeling feeling is moving to different parts of my body, especially my throat. Swim is trying to stay calm, but can barely breath and feels really weird, almost like when you stand up and you get that rush, but worse, hands feel like they are locking up now. SWIM just want advice if this is normal or not,or what swim should do, whole body is ngetting tingly and numb and swim feels like he cannot breath, is this normal? How should swim feel, how long does it take. SWIM has never felt like this, swims upper lip is also twitching, and cannot slow his breathing down, and throat glands numb andhands are white and very tingly almost numb. Advice PLEASE! Swim needs it fast, this feeling is very unfamiliar, like my body is giving up on me.

it should be noted mSWIM did not take normal dose of adderall today, swim ended up taking around 120mg not his usual 20mg 2 times a day. Swim was at a party and decided to have fun. last adderall taken was 2 hours ago, klomopin taken not too long ago (2mg) swims heart also is startig to hurt, and his hands are almost numb, breathing is the same deep breaths every breath, left foot is kinda numb, right is tingly numb. Swim is remaining calm but is really concerned, if someone could please give advice on what to do, or if this is normal, that would be great, klonopin only thing helping swim not have an anxiety attack im guessing. Swim feels really good, but fears something serious is wrong. any help please

sorry for so many posts but swim also had 4 jack and cokes and a beer, swim was not drunk nor did he feel very tipsy though (tolerance seems higher on adderall however swim is 5'10 125lbs)

Assuming your not a TROLL, which I'm having serious doubt.

Seek help.

It may just be a slight o.d. which is not to say that it is necessarily life threatening but still to play it SAFE...seek help.

Swim is conflicted on whether or not to seek help, his health insurance is gona as of 2 months, swim has mo money, swim had od'd before but never been to hospital, swim is very conflicted on what to do, if this is not normal and nobody had advice on what to do, or why this is happening, then swim really has no choice but call an ambulance. Swim is now geting very sharp pains in his chest where heart is. hmmmm.... swim needs more advice before he makes the decisionm hospital is so close to swim he could walk if he could. Thanks to anyone again for any help or input that can help me figure whats wrong and what to do.

Mixing downers stimulants and opiates is not recommended and can be dangerous. Nobody here can tell SWIY for sure what is going on if he thinks he may be in trouble he should get to hospital ASAP. Tell him to worry about money later.

swim definately not ok, heart hurts very bad, deep breaths are impossible, swim has to go to ER now. Will update. thaks

SWIM hopes SWIY is ok, but let this be a lesson. NEVER mix a drug you've never tried with other stimulants/depressants, in ANY dose. Mixing those kinds of drugs is dangerous anyway, and until you know your limits with a new drug you should always try it alone first. Perscription painkillers are right up there with the easiest drugs to OD on, and the main reason is because people underestimate them. Hope SWIY made it out of this ok.

Very often, such reactions turn out to be panic attacks. Although SWIM is not advising anyone fail to seek a doctor if they perceive an emergency exists, real emergencies rarely leave any doubt. A heart attack does not feel like sharp pains, it feels like a horrible crushing/shooting pain, and is usually followed by some level of severe physical disability. It's likely SWIY would have difficulty reaching a telephone and concentrating on it enough to dial, let alone driving to an emergency room.

Swim was thinking the same thing although its hard to tell whats going on in your body most of the time when something serious is up your body will make it clear, and you wont have a doubt in your mind that you need to go to the ER. But better safe then sorry. Swim would have to be close to death before hed go to the ER with a drug related issue which is kinda stupid.
