Experiences - Smoking Has No Effect

Cigarettes dont seem to have any effect at all on SWIM. I guess the only reason to smoke them would be for the "high" but doesnt seem to even work.
SWIm could buy cigarettes but might bug relatives...mainly, the first time trying smoking there was a huge buzz, and the feeling was greaat- but now there's nothing but the disgusting taste. Does this mean that over time the buzz gets less and less? also, is there a possibility that just have a high tolerance to it?

You got the buzz, so you know what to expect. That's all there is to cigarettes -- you get a nice buzz. Also, it helps you relax, but that's just as much associated with the effect of breathing in deeply as it is to nicotine.

Experienced smokers can tell you -- they rarely get a buzz anymore. Personally, i don't get a buzz unless i haven't had a cig for a while. If so, the nicotine's out of my system, and i can feel it rushing back in when i have a cigarette. That's when i get a buzz.

If you don't feel anything, calm down on the smoking. Smoke every couple days, or don't smoke at night and smoke a couple hours after you wake up. This may give the nicotine time to leave your system, but it also may not work some days. Your diet has to do with it as well, but i have no idea how that works out.

swim never cared for cigg's. He's actually against em'. They never really gave him a buzz, even the first time after smoking 3 in a row, Nothing.
