Drug stereotypes in TV and film

What are your favourite drug stereotypes on the TV and in films?

Here are my two favourites, both from memories of 1970's American cop shows like Starskey & Hutch and Hawaii Five-O, and British police series like The Sweeney:

1. Heroin is always injected in a hotel room with a flashing neon sign outside the window, and the syringe must be one of those old style glass ones that has to be assembled like a sniper rifle.

2. When a policeman finds suspected drugs, he will always dip his finger in the powder and taste it before giving a knowing nod and cuffing the suspect (even as a child I realised it was pretty stupid to taste some random unidentified powder).
