Diabetes and drugs

I was unable to find a thread that dealt with diabetes and various drugs, just a few specific ones, such as LSD (said it's ok to use), MDMA (not recommended), and K (not sure, but probably not recommended).

SWIM has type 2 diabetes and a curiousity about drugs. He's never done any but alcohol, which isn't very good for diabetics, at least in amounts necessary to get one drunk.

Anyways, if all info for type 1 and type 2 diabetics and drug interactions/experiences could be shared here, that knowledge would be much appreciated.

SWIM thinks pot would probably be okay, so long as they could control their munchies, or take insulin accordingly.
