Drug info - 84% Kavalactone Liquigels

So been researching about Kava for quite some time now. Ive learned much about it and how the potency varies and its affects.

So after some looking around Swim has his eye on 84% Kavalactone Liquigels from Hawaii, has anyone know about there potency or effectiveness? They state to limit 2 a day, would they achieve satisfactory results when compared to high quality powdered root? The Liquigels 58mg of Kavalactone per 300mg with organic powdered kava root

Its been stated in a previous post that these are very potent, but in another one swiy stated that 5 of his 90% Kava ones did nothing(but it didnt state it was kavalactone) I was wondering if they would be hypothetically recommended over or equal to powder root Any elaboration would be much appreciated.

Swim has found that these aren't the best preparation of Kava to consume. They are very lacking effects-wise, even when a number of them are consumed. At best you can get pretty decent anxiolytic effects, but not much in terms of the more intoxicating and/or euphoric effects.

Powdered root (fresh or dry) would be highly recommended as an alternative to the liquigels or any other kavalactone pills, which tend to have limited efficacy.

kavalactones are the effective ingredients in kava kava. research how much is in a typical 1 oz bag of dried root (i believe its 35%). try to get your moneys worth. alot of times you can buy the more potent stuff. its more expensive and you get maybe a few grams of it while you can buy a few ounces of something less potent and be much more content. swim has found 35% to be a good potency. however swims experience with an 85% paste was very very amazing as well. shop around and see what the best deals are

Yes, but which Kava-lactones? That might be why some kava-lactone products suck while others work extremely well.

absolutely right. if at all possible request a certificate of analysis. they should have those on hand. see whats been isolated and compare it to a list of known kavalactones. or just stick to the guarenteed composition with whole root!
