Combinations - Oxycodone + MDMA dangerous?

SWIM tried asking this in the dangerous drug combinations thread but no one had an answer for me. Has anyone ever tried this combo, or anything like it? Would this combination, in reasonable dosages (say 75mg of pure mdma powder and 20mg of oxycodone, both taken orally) be dangerous? Can anyone who's tried an opiate+MDMA or other stimulant combo post their experience? SWIM's is a fan of both and likes using them with other drugs, but is unsure of oxy + MDMA would be dangerous and/or unenjoyable. Advice?

At at guess, it wouldn't be dangerous, although SWIM has not tried this combo. 75mg of MDMA is not really a threshold dose even, but SWIK could try. It's likely that the oxycodone would cancel a lot of the enjoyable stimulation from the MDMA.

Well I purposely postulated a less than average dose of MDMA due to the (possible) risk of the combo. I'd also disagree 75mg is below the threshold for an average person, when SWIM was selling molly he dosed the caps at 75 and people were quite satisfied. SWIM himself takes 120mg caps for the most part, but especially for new users 75 isn't a bad place to start.

Fair enough. SWIM would guess, from trying opiates with pyschedelics, like mixing LSD with heroin, that the combination might be disappointing, but he may be wrong.

NO ONE here has combined mdma and opiates? Damn, Swim's gonna have to give this a shot in the name of science. Swim doesn't envision the combo as an optimal one but given swim's fondness for both it still sounds like fun.

SWIM says that the nearest he has got is methylone and kratom. That was a muddled sort of experience! Not unpleasant but not of great interest.

SWIM once took an 80mg oxycontin after taking about 4 E pills one evening. The oxy was consumed after the efeects of the MDMA were slowing down. The euphoria you experience after mdma drains your head is nice, although the hangover the next day was a bitch.

SWIM tried hydrocodone with MDMA before. It made him vomit. Be careful with the dosages.

some of SWIM's acquaintances used to do this a lot in highschool. They would take a bomb and then shoot/blow whatever hard opiate they could get their hands on about half an hour later. They used lower doses with the opiate than their usual. They said it was really excellent, SWIM never cared too much to find out.

There have been reports of cases of Serotonin Syndrome resulting from the combination of synthetic opioids & Serotonergic agents, so approach with caution.

If you use equal levels of both substances, then it could be likened to a speedball, which can be very dangerous, but since it's pure MDMA powder, then you should be alright. If SWIY does try this, SWIM would say to use less of the opiate then usual rather then less of the MDMA, else the opiate might cancel the MDMA out.
